Spa Treatments
Bookings: Appointments are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for the next client.
Health Conditions: Kindly inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for health or hygiene concerns or inappropriate conduct.
Spa Products
Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
No Returns on Used Items: Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Natural Ingredients: Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients.
Slight variations in scent, texture, or color are normal.
Storage: Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
